CoffeePantry is the freshness tracker for specialty coffee beans — built for home baristas. Every bag lives on a freshness timeline: resting, peak, fading, with a tick marking today, so you always know which bag to open next. Say “Ethiopia Guji, Onyx, roasted September first” and it’s in — voice entry is free and unlimited, alongside bag-photo OCR and manual entry. Printed roast dates are used as-is; resting days and the peak window are clearly labeled as estimates, and any date can be corrected in one tap. The Cellar keeps your stash — an ambient shelf plus a freezer wall of single-dose slots — and the brew log counts cups and grams week by week. Two gentle local reminders per bean: the first peak day and the day the fade begins, at 9:00. An On Bar Today widget keeps the current pour one glance away, so no bag quietly goes stale again.
