This Privacy Policy describes how Stacknovo ("the App," "we," "our") handles information when you use our application. Stacknovo is a free-to-play hyper-casual stacking arcade game that offers optional in-app purchases, advertising, and Apple services such as Game Center and StoreKit.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all users of the Stacknovo iOS application.

2. Data Collection

Stacknovo does not collect, share, or track any personal data.

Specifically:

No personal information is collected by TFaces Co., Ltd. — We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.
No usage data is collected by TFaces Co., Ltd. — We do not collect analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, or usage statistics ourselves.
No data is sold or shared by TFaces Co., Ltd. — We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
No tracking by TFaces Co., Ltd. — Stacknovo does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. Advertising

Stacknovo is free to play and supported by advertising provided by third-party networks. The advertising services used are:

Google Mobile Ads may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and approximate location to serve personalized advertisements only after you provide consent through Apple's User Messaging Platform (UMP) / App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the app's settings or through your iOS privacy settings.

If you choose not to consent, you may still see non-personalized ads. Purchasing Remove Ads or subscribing to Premium Monthly disables ads entirely.

4. Third-Party Services

In addition to advertising, Stacknovo uses the following third-party and Apple-provided services:

5. Local Storage

App preferences — language and consent choices.

All locally stored data remains on your device and under your control. Uninstalling the App will remove app-specific local storage data.

6. In-App Purchases

Stacknovo offers optional in-app purchases, including a Premium Monthly subscription, Remove Ads, a Starter Pack, and various Gem Packs.

All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple ID account settings.
Payment and subscription management are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and your App Store account terms.

7. Children's Privacy

Stacknovo is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because TFaces Co., Ltd. does not collect personal data directly, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable laws. When we make changes:

The Effective Date at the top of this policy will be updated.
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or its App Store listing.
Continued use of Stacknovo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
