1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Marblio ("the App," "we," "our") handles information when you use our application. Marblio is a free-to-play marble-matching puzzle game with occasional interstitial ads, an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase, and Apple services such as Game Center and StoreKit.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all users of the Marblio iOS application.

2. Data Collection

Marblio does not collect, share, or track any personal data.

Specifically:

No personal information is collected by us — We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.
No usage data is collected by us — We do not collect analytics, diagnostics, crash reports, or usage statistics ourselves.
No data is sold or shared by us — We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
No tracking by us — Marblio does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. Advertising

Marblio is free to play and shows an interstitial ad at a natural break point (at most once every few completed games). Advertising is provided by:

Google Mobile Ads may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and approximate location to serve personalized advertisements only after you provide consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through your iOS privacy settings.

If you choose not to consent, you may still see non-personalized interstitial ads. Marblio does not show banner or rewarded ads. You can remove all interstitial ads permanently via the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.

4. Third-Party Services

In addition to advertising, Marblio uses the following third-party and Apple-provided services:

5. Local Storage

All locally stored data remains on your device and under your control. Uninstalling the App will remove app-specific local storage data.

6. In-App Purchases

Marblio offers one optional in-app purchase: a one-time Remove Ads unlock (non-consumable).

All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials.
Payment and purchase management are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and your App Store account terms. You can restore the Remove Ads purchase from the app's main menu.

7. Children's Privacy

Marblio is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because we do not collect personal data directly, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable laws. When we make changes:

The Effective Date at the top of this policy will be updated.
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or its App Store listing.
Continued use of Marblio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
