1. Overview

Breethic is an iOS app developed by TFaces Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how Breethic handles information when you use the app.

Breethic is a guided breathing and relaxation app that provides scene-based breathing sessions, calming audio, progress statistics, badges, and optional syncing through iCloud.

This policy covers:

• What data Breethic collects
• How settings and progress are stored
• How iCloud sync works
• How in-app purchases are handled
• Which third-party services are used
• Your privacy rights and how to contact us

Breethic is designed with a privacy-focused approach. Based on the current app implementation and privacy manifest, the app does not collect personal data from users, does not track users, and does not share user data with third parties for advertising or analytics.

2. Data Collection

Breethic does not collect personal data from you.

Specifically:

• No account registration is required
• No name, email address, phone number, or mailing address is collected in the app
• No health data is collected
• No precise or approximate location data is collected
• No contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or other personal content are collected
• No usage analytics are collected by the developer
• No advertising identifiers are collected
• No tracking is performed across apps, websites, or services
• No user data is sold or shared for marketing or advertising purposes

Breethic stores certain app information only to make the app function properly for you. This information remains on your device and, if you enable iCloud on your device, may also sync through your own iCloud account across your devices.

This app data may include:

• Selected breathing scenes
• Session settings and preferences
• Sound preferences, including inhale and exhale cue selections
• Brown noise or other calming audio preferences
• Session counts and total breathing time
• Badge and progression status
• Purchase state needed to restore access to the Full Version
• Other app configuration values necessary for core functionality

This information is not collected by TFaces Co., Ltd. from your device.

3. API Keys / Credentials

Breethic does not require you to provide API keys, external service tokens, usernames, or passwords to use the app.

The app does not expose any user credentials to the developer.

If you use iCloud sync, syncing is handled through your own Apple account and associated system services. TFaces Co., Ltd. does not have access to your Apple account credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Breethic uses the following third-party services only as needed to provide core app features:

Apple StoreKit

Used for:

• Processing the one-time in-app purchase for the Full Version
• Restoring previous purchases

Apple handles payment processing and related transaction data according to its own policies. TFaces Co., Ltd. does not receive your full payment card details.

iCloud Key-Value Storage

Used for:

• Syncing app settings and progress across your own devices signed into the same Apple account

This sync is operated by Apple through your iCloud account. TFaces Co., Ltd. does not independently access or collect this synced data.

Breethic does not use:

• Third-party advertising SDKs
• Third-party analytics SDKs
• Third-party tracking tools
• External data brokers

5. Cloud Storage

Breethic supports iCloud Key-Value Storage for syncing limited app data across your devices.

Data that may sync through iCloud includes:

• App settings
• Breathing session preferences
• Progress statistics
• Badge and achievement status
• Other lightweight configuration and progression data needed for continuity across devices

Data that does not sync to the developer:

• Payment card information
• Personal identity information
• Contacts, photos, or messages
• Advertising data
• Developer analytics data

Important notes:

• iCloud sync is provided through Apple's services
• Synced data is associated with your own iCloud account
• TFaces Co., Ltd. does not separately collect or maintain this synced data on its own servers
• If iCloud is disabled on your device, the app can still store data locally on that device

6. Local Storage

Breethic stores app data locally on your device using system-provided local storage such as UserDefaults.

Locally stored data may include:

• Your selected scene and session preferences
• Sound and playback settings
• Total sessions completed
• Total breathing time
• Badge progress and unlock status
• Full Version unlock state
• Other app settings required for normal operation

This local data is used only to provide app functionality and preserve your preferences and progress between launches.

Retention:

• Local data remains on your device until you remove the app or clear/reset the device data through applicable system methods
• iCloud-synced key-value data may remain in your iCloud account according to Apple's systems and retention practices

Deletion:

• If you delete the app from your device, locally stored app data on that device is generally removed by the operating system
• If data has synced to iCloud, removal from iCloud is subject to Apple's platform behavior and account settings
• Because TFaces Co., Ltd. does not maintain its own user database for Breethic, the developer does not have a separate server-side account record to delete

7. In-App Purchases

Breethic offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock the Full Version.

Payment processing is handled by Apple through StoreKit. TFaces Co., Ltd. does not collect or store your payment card number or other full billing details.

The app may store purchase status locally and may rely on Apple mechanisms for purchase restoration.

8. Children's Privacy

Breethic is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13.

Breethic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app does not require account creation or submission of personal information to use its core features.

Because the app does not collect personal data, it is designed to operate in a manner consistent with the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through Breethic, please contact us at the email address below. We will review the report and take appropriate action. However, based on the current design of the app, we do not expect to receive such data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or platform requirements.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this policy. Continued use of Breethic after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
